Volunteer as an Individual

We need dedicated volunteers for the following:

  • Front desk and administrative support
  • Special events
  • Facility and housekeeping support
  • Residential room prep team
  • And so much more

 

Volunteers are needed primarily during the following days and times:

  • Monday through Friday between 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Holidays
  • Some weekends and evenings for special needs and events only

    • Give at least 4 hours of your time each month

 

What are the requirements to be a Zebra Coalition® volunteer?

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Attend a volunteer information session for an overview of the organization and to learn about volunteering with us.
  • Attend a group interview with other potential volunteers. Potential volunteers will be contacted by staff after the interview if they are chosen to move forward with the screening process.
  • Give a minimum $25 donation to offset background screening fees. This donation is non-refundable.
  • Successfully submit to and pass a full background screening.
  • Volunteers must attend and participate in required training and annual refresh training.
