Development & Events Manager  

We are seeking a full time Development & Events Manager to provide a multitude of essential functions to oversee the administration of the development department in order to help advance the department’s goals and support fundraising efforts from individual, corporate, foundation, and government sources. This role is also responsible for overseeing all development-related special events and building relationships with current and potential community partners.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in the development and/or fundraising field, preferably for a non-profit organization.

Housing Stability Case Manager 

We are seeking a full time Housing Stability Case Manager to to deliver a multitude of functions in order to effectively provide housing to reduce youth homelessness among our population. The Housing Stability Case Manager will work under the HUD Rapid Rehousing Contract with Zebra Coalition providing case management, advocacy, support, and follow up services to youth assigned to various locations within Orange, Seminole and Osceola County.
Experience with the LGBTQ community, children and adolescents, social services, youth homelessness, and case management strongly preferred. Flexibility in schedule to work some early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or other Social Service related field required. Minimum 1-3 years of experience providing case management and housing assistance for families. Experience with HUD contracts, HMIS Coordinated Care System, and an extensive knowledge of community resources preferred. Must have a valid Driver’s License.
