Youth Case Manager (full time)
We are seeking a full time Youth Case Manager to deliver a multitude of functions in order to effectively provide resources to guide youth toward self-sufficiency and reduce youth homelessness among our population. The Youth Case Manager will work in partnership with Aspire Health Partners and Zebra Coalition providing case management, advocacy, support, and follow up services to youth assigned to various locations within Orange, Seminole and Osceola County.
Experience with the LGBTQ community, children and adolescents, social services, youth homelessness, and case management strongly preferred. Flexibility in schedule to work some early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or other Social Service related field required. 3-5 years’ experience providing case management and housing assistance for families. Qualified applicants can email their resume to email@example.com.
Youth Prevention Therapist - Bilingual (Spanish)
We are seeking a full time Youth Outreach Therapist to provide a multitude of essential functions to plan and implement therapy and counseling processes for children, adolescents and families. These functions include-but are not limited to- providing individual, family and group therapy for adolescents to include: assessment & diagnosis; individual treatment planning; individual, group and family therapies; case management and documentation. This position also coordinates initiatives designed to promote the mission of Zebra Coalition through developing community relationships and serving as a liaison to the Osceola program.
Experience with the LGBTQ+ community, Latinx community, children and adolescents, social services, advocacy, and counseling strongly preferred. Flexibility in schedule to work some early mornings, evenings and weekends. This position is located in Osceola County.
Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or other Social Service related field required. 3-5 years' experience working with children and adolescents or working under the direct supervision of a licensed clinician preferred.
